A practical Agentic AI experience for business teams
Business teams build with Agentic AI together.
Put people who know the work in the builder’s seat. In a facilitated hackathon, teams turn relevant challenges into prototypes they can see, question, and improve.
No personal AI subscription
No software to install
No prior AI training
Open a prepared team workspace in the browser. We guide the first steps, then your teams build around questions from their own work.
The workspace
Every team works in its own browser environment. The conversation, source material, agent activity, and live preview stay together, so participants can follow what the AI is doing and shape the result.
Conversation
Can we explore our product data and spot what is missing?
Yes. Please make gaps visible by product group.
I’ll start with the available files, then build a first view we can review together.

Could we compare the groups in the preview?

Live preview
A first working view to inspect and refine with the team.
Built for participation
A shared experience for business users, with enough depth to produce something tangible.
Separate team workspaces let different groups explore their challenges at the same time.
Frontira David provisions the project foundation. Team workspaces are prepared for each event.
A curated model selection lets teams choose a different level of capability for the task.
Open the workspace, collaborate with the agent, and inspect results without local development tools.
Work with approved business files or synthetic examples suited to the challenge.
Agents read, edit, run tools, and build. MCP connections are scoped separately when the challenge calls for them.
An example format
A focused working format for business teams. The setup below is a starting point, shaped to your people, challenges, and available time.
We agree on the participants and bounded challenges, gather approved or synthetic material, and prepare each team workspace.
A short introduction leads into facilitated build sessions. Teams brief the agent, test the preview, and improve what they make.
Teams share prototypes and lessons. We prioritise promising use cases and define the next decision for each.
What you leave with
The prototypes make learning visible. The more durable result is a team that knows how to give an agent context, evaluate its output, and identify useful opportunities.
Hackathon prototypes are exploration outputs. Operational use requires ownership, reliable data, testing, technical review, and integration work.
From the people who took part
After an Agentic AI hackathon with Frontira, two leaders at ALPEN-MAYKESTAG approved these statements for our website. The English translations are shown below.
“The hackathon with Frontira achieved exactly what I had hoped for: our employees are excited and want more. They want to get hands-on themselves and take their departments to the next level with Agentic AI.”
Claudia ZoffManaging Director / CEO · ALPEN-MAYKESTAG GmbHTranslated from German“I underestimated the possibilities Agentic AI opens up and how quickly people can start working with it. What impressed me most about the Frontira hackathon was what the teams created in such a short time.”

Practical questions
No. People bring their knowledge of the work. Frontira introduces the workspace and supports teams as they brief the agent and inspect its results.
No separate personal AI subscription or local development installation is needed. We prepare access to the browser workspaces for the event.
Yes, where the material is approved for the chosen environment and model providers. Synthetic examples are also useful when access or sensitivity makes real data unsuitable.
They are starting points. Promising work needs an owner, representative tests, security and IT review, and an implementation plan before operational use.
Bring your team into the work
Tell us which teams should participate and what challenges they would bring. We will shape the format, source material, and next decision around your organisation.
